Lie on your back knees bent, feet facing a wall.  If your head and neck are arching, place a folded towel or blanket under the neck to the edge of the shoulders so the forehead is now slightly higher than chin.  Draw right knee into chest, clasp shin or back of the thigh with hands.  Pause and feel the rhythm of the breath. Now loop a belt, long sock or whatever is to hand, around the right foot and slowly, gently begin to straighten the right leg. Place your right thumb into the crease at the top of the right thigh to encourage the thigh bone and hip to release.

Recipe - Oven Roasted Beetroot
1 lbs of red beets
5-10 garlic cloves
Marjoram, dried or fresh
Salt and freshly ground pepper
10 tbsp balsamic vinegar
6 tbsp olive oil

Preheat your oven to 400 F / 200 c. Line an oven tray with a double sided piece of aluminum foil,  Make sure you have enough foil to close the tray when your beets are in.
Scrub or peel your beets and cut them in golf ball sized pieces and place in the foil tray. Scatter some halved garlic gloves on top  Sprinkle olive oil over the beets, so they are all covered. Do the same with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle marjoram (dried or fresh) on top before closing the foil. Bake in the oven for 1 hr or until firm but tender. Delicious!!
